What will be your responsibilities?

As a Technology Engineer, you will be part of our IT Deployment team, supporting mission critical applications for various projects around the globe.

• Oracle DBA support.
• Installing and Deployment of NC products.
• Environment support for NC products.
• Troubleshooting NC products.
• Incident, Problem management and ownership of the issues until resolution. Handling Trouble tickets raised by the Users.
• Analyze deployment issues and provide effective resolutions.
• Need to work with multiple teams like Development, QA and Performance, Production Support teams.
• Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
• Flexible to learn new things as required to support.
• Schedule meetings and report deployment status to management on regular basis.

Experience & Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of experience in related field 
• Should have knowledge in deployment & troubleshooting Oracle DBA related issues.
• Candidate should have Knowledge on Oracle DBA.
• Candidate should have knowledge on Linux & UNIX environment s.
• Candidate should have Knowledge in Shell scripting.
• Weblogic/JBOSS administration added advantage.
• Telecom domain knowledge added advantage.
• Cassandra DBA added advantage.
• Postgres DBA added advantage.
• Cloud technologies added advantage.
• Container based technologies added advantage.
• Verbal Communication.
• Ability to conduct in-depth research.
• Availability to work from office on Hybrid mode

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other Technical Engineering discipline.
