Responsibilities:
- Hiring for tech and non-tech positions globally
- Developing and refining interview processes to improve assessment quality and enhance the candidate experience
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of strong candidates for future needs
- Screening CVs and interviewing qualified candidates
- Consistently ensuring a fantastic candidate experience
- Being a subject-matter expert in your specialist market
- Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods
What You'll Need:
- 3+ years of proven work experience as a full-cycle recruiter
- Experience in recruitment within one or more of the following industries: banking, Big 4, technology, fintech, high-growth startup, or gaming (internally or agency side)
- Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to use data to guide hiring decisions
- Proven experience collaborating successfully with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
- Fluency in English with strong written and oral communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Flexibility, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Resilience and adaptability to handle multiple roles simultaneously
