We are currently seeking a Sr Java Developer to join our team for an exciting technology project with one of our clients, a leading multinational consumer goods company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide advanced support for backend systems developed using Java and J2EE technologies.
2. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
3. Implement and manage version control using Git.
4. Apply ITIL best practices to manage incidents, problems, and changes effectively.
5. Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.
6. Perform root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures.
7. Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
8. Mentor junior support developers and share best practices.
9. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Necessary skills and experience required:

1. Extensive experience with Java and J2EE technologies.
2. Advanced English.
3. Proficiency in using Git for version control.
4. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
5. Experience with troubleshooting and debugging complex applications.
6. Solid knowledge of SQL and database management.
7. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
8. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
9. Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
10. Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
