Required Technical Skill Set: Certified Azure Solution Architect having expertise in architecting digital solutions and experience with Digital technologies (Java & J2EE, HTML, CSS, JS/Angular) working closely with technology leader of large organization.

Experience Range: 8+ years

Location of Requirement: Brazil / Mexico

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Architect Certification – TOGAF / ITIL and Azure Solution Architect is a must.
• Ideally at least 10 years' experience in technology leadership role within the IT area of a large organization.
• Ideally at least 10 years' experience with Digital technologies (Java & J2EE, HTML, CSS, JS/Angular, Azure Services).
• At least 5 to 10 years working in a Digital Tech related role in software development/implementation.
• Strong communication skills with all levels of the organization and both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven experience in leading and managing digital manufacturing deployment projects within a regional or global context.
• In-depth knowledge of digital manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, data analytics, machine learning, and IoT.
• Candidates should be able to link the architecture to the User Experience/UI.
• Accountable for the quality of the Digital delivery.
• Communicate critical technical choices, specify (and mitigate) risks & constraints for design & implementation, scope the level of architectural effort, assess team strength, & keep activities in synch with practical delivery & business value.

Good-to-Have

• Experience working across multiple levels of an organization having customer focus to form productive relationships with business leaders, DT associates, and project leaders.
• Strong problem analysis, negotiating and influencing skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1. Define the technology vision and Architecture roadmap for digital marketing capabilities.
2. Manage the digital manufacturing technology prototyping, selection, implementation, adoption and maturation within the organization.
3. Provide strategic consultation to assigned line-of-business (LOB) customers in defining or designing business processes, capabilities, and functions, in researching, identifying and internally marketing enabling technologies based on business requirements.
4. Apply and integrate emerging technological trends to new and existing systems architecture.
5. Monitor current and future trends in digital manufacturing, digital warehousing, digital supply chain etc. that will influence internal software direction in the future.
6. Collaborate with architects, developers and business partners to design enterprise applications, including design of User Interface (UI) components, internal/external services, digital solutions, database interactions, and 3rd party cloud solutions.
7. Lead, facilitate, and grow a community of Smart Factory architects to build world-class solutions.
8. Create high-level and detailed design artifacts using appropriate tools and technologies.
9. Interface with peers throughout the enterprise to ensure good communication and alignment with the larger technology organization.
10. Ensure projects are envisioned, designed, and implemented using best in class tools & practices.
11. Ensure digital solutions are well engineered, operable, maintainable.
