The Cloud People is a Full ServiceNow Lifecycle Partner that is growing rapidly in Europe, the US, and Brazil. To join our team in Brazil, we are looking for Senior ServiceNow Developers.

Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate functional design workshops.
2. Develop ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
3. Engage with clients to understand technical needs and validate requirements.
4. Proactively propose creative solutions to overcome business challenges and technical roadblocks.
5. Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to support workshops and proof-of-concept designs.
6. Execute hands-on technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions, encompassing design, development, testing, and implementation.
7. Contribute to the development and growth of services offered by The Cloud People.
8. Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
9. Write clear and concise documentation at various levels.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. 2+ years of ServiceNow project implementation experience.
2. Proven ability to participate in customer-facing workshops.
3. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform functionality, development, and best practices.
4. Hold the ServiceNow Certifications. The ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification as a fundamental requirement and one CIS (must-have).
5. Proficient in scripting languages like JavaScript.
6. Experience working with web services (REST, SOAP), XML, JSON.
7. Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.

Bonus:

1. ServiceNow CSM implementation experience.
2. Understanding of CSM business domain and ability to translate it into practical ServiceNow solutions.

Must have:

1. Fluent English
2. Fluent Portuguese
3. Work on GMT-3
