Your Tasks and Responsibilities

As a Service Sales Engineer at Radio Holland, you’ll be a key player in making sure our inside sales process runs smoothly and efficiently. Your job is all about handling customer questions and requests with care and accuracy. You’ll be right at the heart of our efforts to provide top-notch service to our customers, while also finding new ways to help our business grow.

The scope of your work is international, and you will be located in Santos (Brazil).

Responsibilities

• Create quotations and finalize tickets in the system.
• Seek guidance from your team when faced with uncertainties.
• Verify and update all relevant information accurately in the system.
• Allocate quotations and tickets to the Service Department.
