Job Description

Development is the largest discipline at Endava. Our developers design, build, and release software products in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and libraries. Always collaborating with cross-functional project teams, our developers are adaptable problem-solvers with a client-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advice in Salesforce technical areas.
• Respectfully challenge ambiguity or use of Salesforce in ways it wasn't intended to be used, whilst being adaptive and open to new ideas.
• Configure and develop new functionalities on top of Salesforce, using standard techniques for extending the platform.
• Provide active guidance on best practices and troubleshooting.
• Work within the Scrum Team to deliver the sprint scope in time and with the expected quality.
• Accept the culture of constant improvement by working in an environment that provides support, but also the challenge for growth.
• Contribute to the development of coding guidelines and ensure high code quality across the projects.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Apex Programming: Proficiency in Salesforce's Apex programming language for custom development.
• Visualforce and Lightning Components: Experience in creating custom user interfaces using Visualforce and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Salesforce APIs: Knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) for integrations with external systems.
• Configuration and Customization: Skills in configuring and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud to meet business needs.
• Object-Oriented Programming: Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• SOQL and SOSL: Experience with Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL) for database operations.
• Testing and Debugging: Skills in writing and executing test classes, and debugging Apex code.
• Version Control Systems: Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Salesforce Development Tools: Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce CLI, Visual Studio Code, and Salesforce DX.

Other Requirements:

• Able to work 1-2 days onsite in Pinheiros area.
