As a Senior Network Reliability Engineer, part of the Networks team, you will manage and maintain our company's network infrastructure. You will interact directly with internal stakeholders, external suppliers/providers, and product engineering teams. Along with the team, you will be responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions and implementing them.

We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Senior Network Reliability Engineer who will have the opportunity to design and implement new technologies & enhance the existing ones. Sharing ideas and evolving in a dynamic and diverse Cisco-based network environment, spanning within sixteen countries already and continuously expanding, will be everyday life!

As a Senior Network Reliability Engineer you will:

1. Maintain network availability by identifying and resolving any issues that impair connectivity.
2. Collaborate with network Engineers to design and implement functional company networks, both on-prem and in Cloud environments.
3. Manage ACL policies in the company's firewalls according to business needs.
4. Install and configure network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls).
5. Provide 2nd level support to VPN remote access for users.
6. Basic administration of the company's Telephony System (Cisco UCM).
7. Manage the company's Wireless Network.
8. Create and implement network security measures.
9. Conduct regular network performance tests.
10. Handle escalated network support issues.

What you’ll bring:

1. Strong experience in Cisco-based network environments.
2. Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, Firewalls, and VPN technologies.
3. Well-acquainted with Cisco network devices and appliances (Threat Defense, Nexus, Catalyst, IOS, ISE, ASA, Meraki, etc.).
4. Experience in network monitoring tools.
5. Ability to perform duties in a very fast-paced environment and quick familiarization with new technologies.
6. Ability to work in a team environment with agility.

Nice to Have:

1. CCNP certification will be considered a plus.
2. Knowledge of coding languages like Ansible and Python for automating network processes.
3. Experience in supporting VoIP telephony systems.
4. Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
