We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Senior Data Engineer to join our team. This professional will focus on collecting, organizing, and analyzing data generated by our platform to help our customers understand their users' behavior regarding our solutions. By transforming this data into actionable insights, you will support our customers in making informed decisions that enhance their business outcomes. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with product and technology teams to develop robust, data-driven solutions tailored to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collect, organize, and maintain large sets of structured and unstructured data generated by our platform.
2. Analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and insights related to user behavior and product usage.
3. Develop predictive models and advanced analytics using machine learning and statistical techniques to provide deeper understanding for our customers.
4. Create reports and dashboards that clearly communicate findings and insights to customers and internal stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with data science, engineering and product teams to implement data-driven solutions that enhance customer experience.
6. Ensure data integrity, security, and quality by implementing best practices in data governance.
7. Optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure efficiency and scalability in data processing.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Senior Data Engineer, Data Analyst or in similar roles (up to 5 years of experience).
2. Advanced knowledge of data analysis and data engineering principles.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or SQL Server, with a focus on stored procedures (80%).
4. Familiarity with ETL tools and data pipeline frameworks.
5. Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and a focus on problem-solving.
6. Experience with cloud computing environments (AWS preferred; other platforms acceptable).

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Data science, machine learning or data analysis.
2. ETL tools and data pipeline frameworks.
3. Python or SQL Server.
