SAP Specialist (TAX) – São Paulo

Job Requirements:

1. Experience with progressive responsibility in one or more SAP modules; Experience with S/4HANA preferred.
2. Deep knowledge of SAP solutions covering full Finance and Logistic processes: Input tax, Output tax, Sales and Purchase Pricing Procedure, Material Master, and Business Partners.
3. Experience in Tax implication in the area of Sales Order, Stock Transport Order, 3rd party Dropship scenarios, 3rd Purchase order. Integration Knowledge with GTS and Custom Processes is preferred.
4. Strong Domain and IT knowledge with cross-functional teams to participate in the Design/development of the Intercompany Sales/Purchase Pricing Procedures, Transportation, and IDOC mappings for generating automatic postings.
5. Knowledge of standard SAP localizations in Finance supporting global deployments.
6. Minimum of three full-lifecycle SAP deployments.
7. Exhibits ability to work both in a team environment and independently.
8. Strong analytical, organization, time management, facilitation, and process management skills.
9. Demonstrated high level of written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures, and processes.
10. Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization and cope with rapidly changing information.
11. Ability to evaluate and negotiate priorities and adapt to new/evolving individual and team assignments as adjustments are needed.
12. Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of an organization how current trends and technology can address identified business needs and capabilities.
13. Interact and deal effectively with all levels of employees while maintaining a professional manner; willingness and effectiveness in challenging the status-quo.
14. Maintains a positive work environment through teamwork & conflict resolution.
15. Expected to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or a variety of shifts, when needed, to meet deadlines.
16. Ability and willingness to travel by auto and air as needed to achieve business objectives.
17. Bachelor’s degree related to Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or Technology or Biotechnology or other related discipline or any Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 8 years job experience in SAP Finance and controlling modules.
18. Certified SAP FICO Professional is preferred.
19. Domestic and International travel up to 20% is required.
