PPDS:

1. Hands-on experience of APO Production Planning heuristics, specifically MRP, Configurations like planning board, DS board, Different profiles, PPDS Subcontracting process, Alerts configuration & monitoring.
2. Knowledge and experience of master data distribution of work centers / Resources, production versions, PPMs, PDS, capacities, Time-streams, CIF-ing between ECC and APO.
3. Knowledge of working on Production orders/Planned orders, Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Version.
4. Perform custom & standard configurations in SAP system to satisfy business requirements.
5. Hands-on experience in SAP enhancements, reports, interfaces and developments to meet business needs.
6. Ability to work closely with client personnel to ensure requirements are correctly identified and documented.

IBP:

1. Should be experienced in all SAP IBP processes, including IBP modules S&OP, Demand, Supply Planning and Response, and Inventory with a strong understanding of integration between solutions like S4HANA PPDS and IBP Control Tower.
2. Understand IBP modeling and inbound and outbound data flows using CPI-DS. Demonstrated proficiency in IBP functionalities, including experience in implementing allocation availability.
3. At least 4 to 5 years of experience in SAP IBP solution.
4. Should have at least 2 SAP IBP implementation project experiences.
5. Working experience in the APO Modules DP, SNP, PPDS, and GATP.
6. Should be able to assist leads in discussions with the client to elicit Business Requirements and translate them to System Design.
7. Design, build, and configure IBP applications to meet business process and application requirements.
8. Strong IBP configuration knowledge and exposure in the IBP modules; should be able to work on IBP configuration related activities and related project deliverables functional requirements, design documents with limited guidance.
9. Familiar with Planning Areas Configuration including setup of Time Profile, Master Data Types, Attributes, Key Figure Calculation, Planning Operators, Copy Disagg Operators, Versions Scenarios, Job Scheduling, Excel EPM Formatting, etc.
10. Should have a good understanding of Demand and Supply planning processes.
11. Effective communication skills and experience with customer-facing relationships for both project and sustain related functions.
12. English - Advanced.
