HERE’S A BREAKDOWN OF WHAT YOU’LL DO (NOT ALL OF IT, JUST THE MOST IMPORTANT STUFF)

• Implement and execute recruitment strategy to include internal and external searches, identifying top talent across multiple skill sets.
• Effectively partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to drive local and global recruitment strategy.
• Deliver best-in-class experience to both internal and external parties.
• Proactive sourcing – Conduct market research ensuring an understanding of overall recruitment landscape.
• Collaborate with global Recruitment and HR teams to share best practice, knowledge and talent pools.
• Manage agency and third-party relationships.

DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS?

• Combination of In-house and agency recruitment experience (min 3 years).
• Multi-Lingual, fluent Portuguese and English. Spanish a big plus as well.
• Knowledge of media production and/or broadcast and/or marketing hiring strategies.
• Global recruitment experience – knowledge of visa restrictions, time zones and exposure to different cultures.
• Proven success directly sourcing and adopting creative approaches to build candidate pipelines.
• Expertise with specialist sourcing tools, social media strategies and writing complex search strings.
