Pre Sales Manager (Cloud Solution) – São Paulo


Requisitos:

1) Conduct technical communications to new and existing customers for products;

2) Work with Sales Team with customer-facing technical pre-sales assistance;

3) Collect technical related information in the market or from clients;

4) Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, and provide technical knowledge support at external and internal facing events;

5) Participate in bidding process and clarify technical solutions to clients;

6) Build technical relationship with prospects and/or existing customers.

Requirements:

  1. At least 3 years of work experience in the cloud industry, understanding cloud
  2. Have a deep understanding of the Brazilian cloud market;
  3. Skilled at product documents and solution drafting;
  4. Have a keen business sense and able to quickly discover and respond to customer needs;
  5. Team player and strong ability to withstand pressure, courage to accept;
  6. Highly skilled in customer communication, delivering presentations, solution defense, and influencing customers in Fiberhome’s favor;
  7. Ready to travel upon request;
  8. Fluent English is mandatory.
