What do you need to succeed?

1. Current College junior level pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or any other related field.
2. Demonstrated interest in developing a successful career in a strategic communications agency.
3. Demonstrated strong analytical skills; strategic thinking skills; proactivity and enthusiasm for work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
4. Strong ability to communicate effectively, especially as part of a team.
5. Strong ability to be creative.
6. Demonstrate consumer empathy.
7. English Intermediate level.
8. Spanish proficiency level (Native or C1 up) is a plus.
9. Availability to work immediately on a full-time basis.
