Job Description:

A PhD Scholarship is available for work with a part of the larger project coordinated by Dr. Mariana Moyses Oliveira and funded by São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP), entitled "High throughput genomic edition to investigate neurodevelopmental disorders using isogenic cellular models.” The successful candidate will be part of an interdisciplinary research team located in the Associação Fundo de Incentivo à Pesquisa (AFIP), São Paulo, Brazil.

Start of Job: 01.07.2024

Job Requirements:

1. Individuals with a degree in health-related fields (Biomedicine, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or similar courses).
2. Research experience in cell culture techniques and molecular biology is highly desirable.
3. Undergraduate research experience is desirable.
4. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of CRISPR/Cas9 molecular editing techniques.
