Summary

The Operations team is responsible for the daily operations at Latitude.sh. Although new servers and IT Infrastructure are granted, our mission is to guarantee quick attendance and provide higher quality to clients. Operation Analysts at Latitude.sh attend and interact with clients by e-mail and phone calls.

We are looking for a qualified professional, interested in working on the second shift (1:00pm to 10:00pm) , to join us in the Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide support for infrastructure services – servers and storage hardware, operating systems, and software platforms;
2. Rack and stack, setup and maintenance of our cabinets;
3. Maintain relationship with our remote data centers;
4. Install Operating Systems (Linux and Windows);
5. Configure and maintain IPMI.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Advanced English communication skills (B2 level or above);
2. Experience in monitoring software and ticketing systems to provide customer support;
3. Experience with server hardware and components;
4. Intermediate knowledge of Linux and Windows;
5. Previous experience with data center environment;
6. Interest in building a solid career in Infrastructure and Systems;
7. Bachelor’s degree in Technology areas or related degree.
