Job Summary

Facilitate the improvements and support of SAP SD. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions. Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements. Facilitate meetings and workshops to collect business requirements. Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy client's needs. Design, customize, configure, and test SD.

Responsibilities

• Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
• Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
• Attend to tickets in compliance with SLAs based on the client's criticality rules.

Desired Skills Experience

• Experience in a cycle implementation as well as in support projects and configuring SD modules.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
• Must be results-oriented.
• Adaptability and flexibility.
• English is a differential.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in SAP HANA Analytics, SAP SD analytics, and SAP.
• Must have a background in Industrial Manufacturing.
• Must be a native Portuguese speaker.
• Nice to have experience in data modeling and analysis.
• Nice to have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Nice to have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Nice to have familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Nice to have ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Nice to have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
• Nice to have experience in training and supporting end-users.
• Nice to have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Nice to have a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Nice to have the ability to adapt to changing business needs.

Certifications

SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP HANA, SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SD (nice to have)
