Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP and SAP FI along with a strong background in Payments. This hybrid role requires a native Portuguese speaker who can work during the day shift. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

1. Analyze and interpret data to support business decisions related to Payments.
2. Provide insights and recommendations based on SAP and SAP FI data analysis.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
4. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
5. Assist in the implementation and optimization of SAP FI modules.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP and SAP FI.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
8. Support the finance team with data extraction and analysis.
9. Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality and consistency.
10. Participate in system upgrades and testing to ensure smooth transitions.
11. Train and support end-users on SAP FI functionalities.
12. Document processes and procedures for future reference.
13. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency.

Qualifications

1. Possess strong analytical skills with experience in SAP and SAP FI.
2. Have a solid understanding of Payments domain.
3. Demonstrate proficiency in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards.
4. Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities.
5. Show strong attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Communicate effectively in Portuguese both written and verbal.
7. Work well in a hybrid environment with minimal supervision.
8. Display a proactive approach to learning and development.
9. Understand industry regulations and compliance requirements.
10. Have experience in training and supporting end-users.
11. Be adaptable to system upgrades and changes.
12. Maintain thorough documentation of processes.
13. English - nice to have.

Certifications

SAP Certified Application Associate - Financial Accounting with SAP ERP - nice to have.
