The solutions developer is the professional involved in all stages of the company’s projects, from conception to completion. He or she is present in the field to understand, analyze and deliver what the sector needs to increase its excellence, and in the office, together with the competent sectors, to develop, manage and deliver gains to the field to their maximum potential.

Responsibilities and Assignments

• Develop innovative projects in the field of digital agriculture, including, but not limited to, the assembly of electronic circuits, basic programming, testing and validation of projects on the bench and in the field.
• Develop robotics projects, including the creation and validation of autonomous devices, to assist and carry out agricultural operations.
• Requirements gathering and definition of the entire project planning.
• Management and execution of project activities and stages until completion.
• Project stakeholder management.
• Complete the necessary documentation for project delivery after achieving the expected results.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Academic Background: Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering or similar areas. Equivalent experience (desirable).
• Knowledge: Electronics, programming, project management concepts, agricultural processes, 3D modeling, sensing and instrumentation, Office package.
• Languages: English and Spanish (desirable).
• Skills: Proactivity, good public speaking, ability to deal well with everyday adversities, teamwork, clear and cohesive communication, interest in technology and continuous learning.
• Differentials: Analytical profile and knowledge in robotics will be a differential.
• Availability for long trips on company business.
• Valid type B driver’s license.
