Responsibilities

1. Understanding and usage of microservices patterns and best practices (security and scalability).
2. Understanding of systems and network architecture.
3. Receives a high level of technical definition and translates into language technique.
4. Ability to evaluate the effort of the activities requested.
5. Provide support on the product/system.
6. Develop software, collecting information and verifying the viability of the implementation.
7. Responsible to attend the tasks regarding the customer support.
8. Responsible for attending change requests/feature enhancements - refine requirements and assist them in progressing the requirement through the client ITR release management process.
9. Record Metrics for monthly reporting of team's performance.
10. Work with other engineering functions from design to production to implement test procedures for systems and equipment.
11. Document the procedures and recommendations for all phases of product tests.
12. Quality Testing of RDI Product Suite and Integration with other local apps.
13. Creates Documentation as needed.
14. Continuous integration & continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Requirements

1. Experience of 5 years or more.
2. Experience with microservices architecture.
3. English skills (Technical reading and writing).
4. Knowledge:
   1. Java 8
   2. XML, JSON
   3. Frameworks:
   1. Spring
   2. REST Services
   4. NoSQL, SQL
   5. Message Queue, Cache
   6. Consul
   7. Kubernetes
   8. Docker
   9. GraphQL
   10. Software Versioning (Git)
5. Desirable:
   1. Programming for modern, PC-based operating systems (Windows and Linux).
   2. Angular, NodeJS.
   3. AWS (EC2, EBS, EKS, SQS, SNS, ElastiCache, Redis).
   4. Terraform.
   5. Debug process on the client and backend layers.
   6. Experience with monitoring tools (e.g.: NewRelic).
   7. Scripting Programming environments (Shell Script and Python).
   8. Ability to participate in technical meetings with non-Brazilian teams.
6. Skills:
