What you'll do:

• Cyber Intelligence: Stay updated on emerging cyber threats and trends to proactively identify potential risks to our systems.
• Threat Management: Assess and prioritize security threats and vulnerabilities, and implement effective strategies to mitigate them.
• Incident Response: Lead the response to security incidents, including investigation, containment, and remediation.
• Security Awareness: Develop and deliver security training programs to promote a culture of security awareness among employees.
• Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as GDPR (LGPD).

What you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience in information security, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Strong understanding of security principles, standards, and frameworks.
• Experience with security technologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
