HR Operations Specialist – São Paulo

Our client in the iGaming industry is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join the team in Brazil, São Paulo . The principal responsibility is to support the team in the HR area.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Actively support payroll activities by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
• Update internal databases (e.g. sick records or maternity leave, etc.)
• Prepare HR documents (e.g. employment contracts, employment verifications, new hire guides, etc.)
• Revise company policies
• Liaise with external partners (e.g., insurance vendors) and ensure legal compliance
• Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates)
• Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
• Process employees’ benefits and procedures (e.g., expense forms)
• Participate in HR projects (e.g., events, blood donation days, etc.)
• Help organize and manage the onboarding process

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of work experience as an HR Administrator, Operations, Generalist, or relevant role will be considered an asset
• Previous experience and active involvement in Payroll activities
• MUST: Advanced English (B2+ / C1)
