Share People Hub in partnership with a global leader company, is searching for a HR Business Partner to work in a hybrid model in Jundiaí/SP or São Paulo/SP.

What you'll do:

• Ensure appropriate and consistent application of the company's operating policies and procedures;
• Conduct and resolve employee relations issues by recommending corrective actions;
• Partner with managers to implement performance management and employee development programs;
• Provide consultancy on P&O topics mainly about business HR analytics impacting directly on business decision making;
• Understand and be accountable for the implementation of People and Organization policies, guidelines, and compliance with local regulations on labor law, data privacy, and other governance topics;
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with an understanding of human resources policies, procedures, and benefits;
• Implement compensation and benefits, leadership development, succession planning, engagement surveys and action plans, coaching and mentoring, learning plans, performance evaluation, and innovation and recognition initiatives.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree required;
• Relevant professional experience with a demonstrable track record of know-how and experience in HR areas;
• Advanced English proficiency;
• Collaborative skills in a team environment.
