Hiring Program - Biz&Data Analysts

Requirements

1. Availability to work full-time in an office-first model (4x a week onsite ) in Pinheiros, São Paulo
2. Involvement in multifunctional projects at the university and international experience is a nice to have
3. Technical proficiency in data-driven and analytical skills
4. Stakeholder and project management skills
5. Ability to navigate ambiguity
6. Problem-solving mindset
7. Self-learner / curious
8. Bias to action
9. Drive, pace-setting & pragmatism

How will the process look like

1. GMAT assessment (online)
2. Hiring manager interview (at the office)
3. Cultural assessment (at the office)
