Position: Head of Sales (Based at Latin America)
The Head of Sales is responsible for leading the company's sales strategies, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth across all regions including Portugal, Spain, Mexico, and Brazil. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent people management skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on market strategies.
- Forecast sales performance and report regularly to the leadership team on progress and insights.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
- More than 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in asphalt and concrete batching plant industries.
- Ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of products, sales analytics, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in international sales or managing multi-regional teams.
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is an advantage.
