Requisitos

• Cursando Biotecnologia, Ciências Biológicas, Ciências Biomédicas, Ciências dos Alimentos, Engenharia de Alimentos ou Química, Farmácia
• Estar no 2° ano (cursos de 4 anos) ou 3° ano (cursos de 5 anos)
• Disponibilidade para estagiar 24 meses
• Disponibilidade para trabalho híbrido (Presencial 3x por semana)
• Técnico em alimentos (diferencial)
• Inglês Intermediário (desejável)
• Espanhol básico (diferencial)

Algumas Atividades

• Arquivo de documentos protocolados e de aprovação de enzimas e leveduras.
• Solicitação de documentos para protocolo de enzimas e leveduras.
• Monitoramento de processos de avaliação de enzimas e leveduras.
• Comunicação de aprovações de enzimas e leveduras.
• Cuidado, levantamento de informações, publicação e comunicação do Newsletter trimestral da área.
• Avaliação de status regulatório
• Levantamento de informações para pesquisas regulatórias
