Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end anti-fraud, account security, transaction risk control, and ID verification across consumer, merchant, and courier apps.
• Build real-time detection models & interception pipelines to reduce fraud, chargebacks, and courier violations.
• Design and maintain courier registration, background check, and compliance certification processes, balancing safety, regulatory compliance, and high approval rates.
• Partner with Data, Machine Learning, Legal, CX, and Ops teams to set up monitoring and incident-response playbooks.
• Benchmark industry standards and deliver differentiated safety improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years in risk/security product management; at least 1 year in a leading food-delivery platform focusing on multi-side safety.
• Hands-on experience with fraud scenarios such as fake accounts, promotional abuse, and courier collusion, including designing detection rules and models.
• Proficient in SQL and basic Python/Java, with understanding of real-time data streams and feature engineering.
• Strong project management and metric-driven mindset.
• Strong logical thinking and risk awareness, with a focus on user experience and cost efficiency.
