Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a portfolio of high-complexity projects.
• Implement the company's new innovation process.
• Organize and maintain project routines.
• Lead strategic projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure successful completion.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Provide regular project status reports to senior management.
• Ensure all projects align with the company's strategic objectives.
• Manage the innovation process, promoting new ideas and technologies to improve processes and products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience as a Portfolio & Project Manager.
• Certifications such as PMP or similar are a plus.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Fluent in English.
