Fullstack Developer (Java) – Buenos Aires

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for delivering projects, coaching peers, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our development processes. You will be in close contact with our senior developers from our Belgian office and will be integrating in our hybrid development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain web applications using Java. (React is a plus!)
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
3. Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
4. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in our technology stack and development processes.

Key Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. At least 3+ years of professional experience with React and TypeScript or Java Spring Boot.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Strong independent working mindset with the ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks.

Plusses:

1. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
2. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).

Nice to Have:

1. Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
2. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
3. Experience with QA frameworks like Cypress.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Experience with NextJS.
