What You Will Do

The PIC (Principal, Inventory and Costing) Finance team is responsible for Inventory Management, complex financial transactions and flows, costing and intercompany pricing. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in ensuring a high-quality service delivery model through strong collaboration across the Business and Finance. Understanding of the SC processes, systems, and ability to effectively frame and communicate with senior leaders will be important to success and to the team as a whole:

General PIC Responsibilities

1. Manage intercompany transactions and regional pricing
2. Support development of financial forecasts, perform closing activities and analyses of results
3. Support analysis on manufacturing variances
4. Ensure compliance with all local government and company regulations, policies, and procedures
5. Business partnering (i.e. Tax, Compliance, Supply Chain, Leadership Teams)
6. Share business and financial best practices/procedures across the region
7. Focus on process improvement and standardization
8. Promote collaboration and use best practices to provide strategic analytic support to the team and organization
9. Participate in other special projects as needed
10. Perform other duties assigned as needed
11. Coordinate and perform annual costing, ICP, markup setup process
12. Execute business case modeling and support NPI analysis
13. Provide cost insights to the business through simulator
14. Support PnL Bridges and other financial metrics. Explain cost variances for global groups
15. SLOB / FAA consolidation, DOS Calculation, Net Inventory Reports
16. Partner closely with Supply Chain Planning to identify and mitigate future risks
17. Partner closely with Finance Partners to have robust knowledge on the end-to-end costing variation and inventory drivers
18. Lead FAA analyses and closing activities for FAA supply chain groups
19. Lead forecast cycles - FAA/ Inventory total global support
20. Ensure timely preparation and in-depth analysis of the currency impacts for budget updates and actuals
21. Ensure timely preparation and submission of hedging exposures
22. Provide in-depth analysis for hedging and currency impacts
23. Manage supply chain currency exchanges and associated risks
24. Support analytics to drive cash flow and profitability

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

1. A minimum of a bachelor’s Degree is required in area related to Finance/ Accounting or Engineering/Business Management
2. 4-6 years of experience
3. Cost and Inventory accounting experience
4. Strong financial modeling skills
5. The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
6. The ability to identify, recommend and implement process improvements

Desired Qualifications

1. Experience with systems mainly SAP / Microsoft office / Business Intelligence Tools
2. Experience as Finance or related business partner
3. Advanced English is preferred (Spanish is a plus)
4. Strong communication and presentation skills
5. Compliance background and experience
