Requisitos:
Minimum Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Nursing.
- Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support and Assistant or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Vaccination Administration, Employee Wellness Programs, Injury and Illness Prevention, Health Education and Promotion, Medical Records Management, Workplace Health Programs, Health Assessment and Monitoring, Basic Life Support (BLS), First Aid and Emergency Care.
- Required certification(s): Registered Nurse.
- Required language(s): English, Tagalog.
Responsibilities
Main Purpose
- Provides general first aid to employees of Philfoods by Gardenia when required, assess employee health risks and promote employee health.
- Working Schedule: 6 days a week | Rotational Shifting Schedule Every Week (8-12 hours)
Working Setup: Work Onsite
Duties and responsibilities
- Assess employees health needs and provide appropriate medical treatment.
- Oversee and track patients condition and document their recovery and progress.
- Assist in providing first aid treatments in medical emergencies especially during Pandemic.
- Adhere to all relevant medical care, health and safety rules and regulations.
- Prepare the medical referral and coordinate it to the applicants for the instruction.
- Monitor the medical status of the applicants.
- Assist the company doctor regarding the retrieval of employees' medical documents, medical results for doctor's evaluation, and such.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Must be a registered nurse and with an updated PRC card.
- With at least 1 year of experience similar to the role: experience in manufacturing is preferred.
- With training and/or background in Standard First Aid, Basic Life Support, and Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH).
- Can start as soon as possible.
Additional Info
- Salary between PHP 20,000.00 and PHP 25,000.00.
- Full Time position(s) are available.
