Chief Marketing Officer North and South America - Health and Wellness/Lifestyle

As the CMO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping this lifestyle company’s marketing strategies and driving consumer growth with other c-suite peers.

You’ll lead a large team of marketing professionals, ensuring that their lifestyle brand reaches new heights. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:

Responsibilities:

  1. Work Directly with C-Suite for overall Marketing and Communications function across all brands.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market positioning.
  3. Oversee all external agencies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
  5. Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for business growth.
  6. Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  7. Oversee promotional campaigns, PR efforts, and other marketing initiatives.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and foster innovation to maintain a competitive advantage.
  9. Conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior, and identify target audiences.
  10. Monitor marketing performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize efforts.
  11. Balance creativity with practical business acumen to achieve marketing goals.

Qualifications:

  1. MBA Preferred
  2. Proven track record in senior marketing roles, preferably within the lifestyle industry.
  3. Ability to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  4. Inspire and guide a team of marketing professionals in all regions of 40 employees.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences.
  6. Leverage data analytics to drive marketing decisions.
  7. Work effectively with cross-functional teams.
