Campaign Performance Specialist at WinDifferent

Join our team as a Campaign Performance Specialist, where you'll act as the bridge between partner companies in the Pilot program, ensuring timely updates and meticulous analysis of Pilot Scoring sheet data. Your daily mission involves resolving and prioritizing tasks to maintain seamless operational flow. By closely collaborating with our team, you'll leverage analytical skills to drive strategic business decisions, ensuring precise data analysis guides our operations.

What you will do:

1. Gather monthly revenue data from pilot companies and partners, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
2. Interact daily with pilot companies to validate sales figures and attribute sales to Windifferent.
3. Identify opportunities for revenue improvement and provide recommendations to pilot companies.
4. Verify the accuracy of sales accounting statements from portfolio companies for use in the vesting process.
5. Manage and optimize data processes, including procurement, cleansing, and structuring, to support analysis and reporting needs.
6. Implement and manage data visualizations and analytical solutions on platforms like Tableau, adhering to defined specifications.

What we are looking for:

1. 3+ years of experience in finance data analysis, ideally with exposure to venture capital.
2. Practical knowledge of Tableau, including administration, licensing, security, and deployment, with at least 1 year of direct experience.
3. Strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and delivery of commitments.
4. Excellent organizational skills with a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation.
5. Advanced level of English.
