Requisitos:

Here in Operations, you will be challenged to innovate and work as a team, to create solutions and support improvements to provide a good experience to our customers.

About the Role:

Operational responsible for making pre-quote, supporting the portfolio of renewals and issuances of policies and endorsements of Surety, as well as providing service to brokers and internal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the underwriting team in the day-to-day demands and administrative processes;
  • Service and support to brokers to provide a quality service;
  • Follow up on demands;
  • Management of processes and internal controls;
  • Process analysis to help the business and develop improvements for the team;
  • Definition of requirements and participation in tests to support systemic development.

About You:

  • 1-3 years of experience in insurance, customer service, operations/underwriting.
  • General knowledge and/or exposure to other insurance disciplines, whether in operations or underwriting.

Technical Skills:

  • Office Package – Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook (Power BI would be a plus);
  • Experiences with Brokers/Insurance Company;
  • Knowledge in Workflow;
  • Customer Service;
  • Graduated or studying: Administration, Law, Accounting, Insurance Management or Actuarial Science.
