This is a position at a dynamic GameTech company focused on leveraging technology and data to provide unparalleled online gaming experiences. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we continually push the boundaries to deliver top-tier services to our global customer base.

As the Business Intelligence Team Lead, you will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making across our BI Product & Operational Teams. By collaborating closely with various departments, you will understand their unique business needs, align strategies with organizational goals and empower teams to leverage data effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Cultivate strong relationships with departments and stakeholders, understanding their daily operations and strategic objectives;
2. Lead the BI product verticals along with its corresponding ops teams to deliver functional and user-friendly data products that enable business departments to make informed decisions;
3. Develop growth plans for team members and create yearly roadmaps aligned with the company strategic objectives;
4. Take ownership of team priorities, deliverables and planning on a frequent basis;
5. Act as a Subject Matter Expert across multiple streams, providing a holistic view of business priorities, needs and strategic goals;
6. Foster an agile working environment, ensuring adaptability to changing priorities while meeting yearly objectives;
7. Challenge existing metrics and KPIs, collaborating with the team to develop new ones that drive business growth;
8. Advocate for a robust data-driven culture within the organization.

This is a Hybrid model position, 1x a week at the office in Pinheiros - São Paulo.

Contract: CLT

Requirements:

1. BSc & Masters degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, mathematics, economics);
2. Strong experience in a similar leadership role, while exhibiting exceptional team management skills, with the ability to set priorities in an ever-changing environment;
3. Experience in the gaming industry will be considered a strong plus;
4. Strategic mindset with the capacity to engage effectively with senior stakeholders;
5. Advanced technical proficiency in SQL, Python, Databricks and visualization tools;
6. Strong communication and presentation skills;
7. Proven experience in stakeholder management and translating business needs into technical requirements;
8. Familiarity with agile methodologies will be considered a plus;
9. Fluent English is a must.
