Must Haves

1. +3 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Analyst roles;
2. Tableau Server/Cloud: Advanced skills in building dashboards, data visualizations, and reporting;
3. Data Storytelling: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders;
4. SQL: Expertise in querying databases to prepare datasets for visualization tools;

Nice to Haves

1. Power BI experience;
2. Familiarity with Snowflake cloud data warehouse;
3. Strong analytical skills;
