This Manager will help the BDC team and Acquire area grow. The primary focus of a BDC Manager is to lead a team of Business Development Consultants to generate demand for Oracle solutions and services through outbound prospecting within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will excel at creating a high-energy, results-driven environment to support business growth and consistently meet outreach targets.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales development or inside sales, with a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, and of leading teams to high performance.
• Strong understanding of sales development best practices, metrics, and processes.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
• Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
