Candidate profile
- Degree in Business, IT, Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales and business development
- Experience with Loyalty concepts, CRMs, and MarTech sector
- Up-to-date with online marketing best practices and current Latin America market trends
- Strong presentation, communication, and demonstration skills
- Previous experience working in a multicultural environment
- Residence in São Paulo-SP
- Fluent in English and Spanish
Your responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify growth potential in target markets
- Engage prospective clients, nurture relationships, and close deals in loyalty and customer engagement
- Plan, prepare, and conduct presentations & product demos
- Attend conferences and trade shows
- Create and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and client-facing materials
- Prepare, negotiate, and close commercial agreements with clients
