We are looking for a skilled Proprietary Trader with BDR, ADR & GDR trading experience.

Position Overview:

As an BDR/ADR Trader at AP Capital, you will be a key member of our trading team, responsible for executing and managing BDR and ADR positions in international markets. You will play a critical role in identifying trading opportunities, executing strategies, and optimizing portfolio performance. This role requires a deep understanding of global markets, trading strategies, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute BDR, ADR and GDR trades in Brasil & LATAM, US & EMEA global markets to maximize profitability while adhering to risk management guidelines.
  • Monitor market developments, news, and events to identify trading opportunities and stay informed about relevant market trends.
  • Develop and implement trading strategies that capitalize on arbitrage and market inefficiencies in BDRs, ADR's and GDRs.
  • Analyze trading data and performance metrics to continuously improve trading strategies and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research analysts and technology specialists, to enhance trading capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and compliance requirements related to ADR and GDR trading.
  • Manage and optimize the firm's portfolio of ADR, BDR and GDR positions.
  • Contribute to the development of proprietary trading models and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of global financial markets and trading dynamics.
  • Proven experience in trading BDR, ADRs and GDRs with a successful track record of generating profits.
  • Proficiency in quantitative analysis, risk management, and trading software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in a fast-paced trading environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python) is advantageous.
