Responsibilities:

1. Manage the Bank Reserves Pilot (SPB and SPI).
2. Handle daily routines related to the SPB operation, including opening and closing SPB cabin and all Core Banking systems, balancing outstanding amounts between different Central Bank channels/accounts, and overseeing clients’ operations.
3. Execute capital allocation in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements, including financial operations such as repurchase, definitive operations, and rediscount.
4. Perform financial reconciliations between client operations (e.g., Pix) and internal systems (e.g., SPI vs. Accounting vs. Clients bookings).
5. Identify, prevent, and resolve issues related to the proper functioning of SPB/SPI.
6. Support other departments (e.g., Tech, Accounting & Finance) on financial operations, client transactions, or related matters.
7. Coordinate and support updates and fixes on core banking systems through interactions with internal or external teams.
8. Work within the STR-WEB contingency plan.
9. Approve messaging catalogs (SPB/SPI), products, and prepare test scenarios.
10. Ensure compliance with deadlines and obligations with the Central Bank.
11. Maintain relationships with partners, market entities, and the Central Bank.
12. Create and update treasury manuals and policies.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of relevant experience in banking reserve pilot operations.
2. Strong skills in treasury and banking operations.
3. Solid experience managing banking reserves for Pix operations.
4. Extensive experience with financial products, back-office operations, and banking relations.
5. Desired experience managing bank reserves for other operations such as payments, FX, and credit cards.
6. Preferable experience with Matera system (bonus).

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related fields.
2. Hands-on profile, committed to operational excellence.
3. Proactive, communicative, and responsible.
4. Advanced Excel skills.
5. Experience working with data from multiple sources and formats is a plus.
