About World Business Lenders (WBL)

World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding.

WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce.

In a fast paced, high expectation, results oriented environment, the Attorney Network Management Supervisor will be responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and maintaining a network of law firms across the USA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team responsible for managing reports submitted by outside counsel and selecting law firms to represent WBL in foreclosures, evictions, bankruptcy and other litigation matters across the USA.
  • Maintain and store engagement letters with law firms, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
  • Conduct research to identify qualified law firms for WBL services, utilizing reviews, ratings, and other resources.
  • Maintain a nationwide database of attorneys with potential to work for WBL, regularly updating and removing firms that do not meet WBL's quality standards.
  • Request proposals and ensure completion of necessary forms from law firms, including, but not limited to, monthly litigation tracking reports.
  • Organize workflows and manage deadlines for attorney bidding processes for each case.
  • Monitor and report information received from law firms, including budgets for each assigned case.
  • Perform other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Law environment such as working as an Attorney, Paralegal or Legal Assistant is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational, communication (both written and verbal) and computer skills.
  • Experience with and working knowledge of U.S. federal and state litigation is desirable.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and resourceful with excellent follow-through skills.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
  • Able to establish and maintain effective work relationships both internally and externally.
