What You’ll Be Doing

As an Appointment Setter at GigRadar, you’ll be a key player in supporting our sales team by ensuring they meet their monthly meeting goals. Your role will involve reaching out to potential clients across various platforms, including Upwork , email , LinkedIn , and cold calls . You’ll set appointments, follow up on no-shows, and make sure our sales professionals are in front of as many prospects as possible.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Answering Questions: Responding to basic inquiries about our products and services.
  • Scheduling Consultations: Organizing one-on-one or group meetings between prospective clients and our Sales Representatives.
  • Tracking Communications: Keeping detailed logs of calls, including follow-ups for unanswered calls.
  • Reaching Out to Prospects: Actively contacting potential clients who have not yet responded, including cold calling and emailing.
  • Managing Cold Calls: Introducing our products and services via cold calls and emails to prospective clients.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Appointment Setting Experience: Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or in a similar role.
  • Upwork Expertise: At least 2 years of experience using Upwork for lead generation.
  • HubSpot Familiarity: 1 year of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM.
  • Cold Calling Experience: Comfort with conducting cold calls to introduce products and services.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to stay organized and maintain detailed logs of all communication.
  • English Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Professionalism: A courteous, results-driven, and persuasive communication style.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to independently handle challenges and find solutions.
  • Adaptability: A flexible mindset and readiness to thrive in a rapidly growing, dynamic environment.
