Application engineer f eo – São Paulo

Facilities & Equipment Operations (F&EO) is looking for an Application Engineer (AE) under the eLIMs Product team.

The AE responsibilities include:

1. Design systems that meet customer needs and align to architecture guardrails.
2. Deploy and support business applications.
3. Configure and integrate vendor-sourced enterprise software with other internal systems.
4. Iterate systems with enhancements and bug fixes.
5. Actively participate in an integrated DevOps Team utilizing Agile methodologies with a strong change management focus.
6. Communicate proactively and respond quickly to production issues and project work with a strong customer focus.
7. Monitor interfaces/data loads, administer security, and provide feedback/solutions on application performance.
8. Develop and maintain support documentation.
9. Ensure IP Compliance on systems and software as appropriate.

Requisitos e qualificações:

Minimum of 3 – 4 years’ experience.

Required Technical Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle.
2. Motivated, flexible, self-directed, works productively with minimal supervision, and a high degree of ownership.
3. Proficient with scripting to automate activities.
4. Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issues.
5. Knowledge of computer development software as it relates to systems.
6. Knowledge of features and services for integration and communication among the applications, APIs, databases, and technology platforms on premise and in the cloud.
7. Knowledge of, and experience in the technology standards and controls that lead to the planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations of applications in a secure fashion (DevSecOps).

7. Python (nice to have)

100% Remoto
Global project - Fluent English is mandatory, Spanish is nice to have.
Work time: 10AM - 7PM
