About Inventa: Inventa is redefining the B2B landscape in Brazil, aiming to empower millions of local entrepreneurs through innovative solutions.Job Summary: As an Analytics Manager, you will provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to support business objectives in a fast-paced environment. You will be a peer of product and growth leadership and collaborate with them to identify improvement opportunities and drive data-centric strategies.

• Embody Inventa’s culture internally and externally, and ensure adherence of internal team dynamics, and decisions to company values.
• Build a scalable data-driven culture with 2 pillars: i) teams are standalone for most common analysis; and ii) Analytics is a trusted thought-partner for most complex data-driven decisions.
• Develop and implement effective data analysis and reporting strategies by selecting and implementing the appropriate analytics solutions company-wide.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to Business Analysts in Tech and Growth domains to become though-partners of their corresponding business leads.
• Design, execute, and oversee analysis projects, including data collection, cleaning, and visualization.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques and tools to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of analytics initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the analytics process.

- Must have- Strong personal desire to make a difference in Brazil and Latin America through bold decision-making, ruthless execution, and sustained hard work.- Proven experience (5+ years) in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.- Proven experience managing high-performing teams in high-paced environments.- Solid project management experience and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong experience in making data-driven decisions in business domains and considering company-wide tradeoffs.- Strong communication skills, with the ability to extract the essence from complex matters and explain it in plain Portuguese.- Nice to have.- Experience in early-stage startup environments or similar high-speed environments.- Experience in CPG.- Proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar is desirable.
