What You’ll Do

  • Develop our Brazilian market territory by prospecting clients, identifying the decision-makers, providing proposals, and closing meetings.
  • Qualify and understand your prospects’ business-critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact goFLUENT brings to an organization.
  • Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions.
  • Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from your key client accounts.
  • Work and collaborate with our experienced Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams to successfully close high potential deals.
  • Travel to customer sites within your territory to support your sales efforts.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales (HR services, recruitment, financial, professional services, and similar). Good to have SaaS and international experience.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Team player, self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Proactive, personable, hard-working, and easily adaptable.
  • Active on social media in a business context. Experience using LinkedIn.
  • Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR solutions (SaaS) industry is definitely a plus.
  • BA or BS required, MBA a plus.
  • Native level of Portuguese is a must and advanced level of English is preferred.
