A major global Operator is currently seeking a Subsea Senior Supervisor with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in various domains and countries as a Senior Subsea Supervisor on a floating support within subsea systems, particularly with subsea equipment like Xmas Tree, EDP/LRP. Intervention and QA/QC experiences are a plus.

The role will initially start with some onshore preparation work before going offshore to support Deep Water operations.

This is a 28/28 rotational role, and the initial duration is expected to be around 10 months.

Job description:

• Organize & lead operations on the rig to protect people and assets, maximize efficiency, minimize loss times, and ensure quality.
• Ensure operations (in EDP/LRP mode) are carried out in line with programs/CRs/Quality and Security values.
• Coordinate simultaneous operations.
• Prepare instructions as per program, task plans & ICP, focusing on clarity & concision.
• Discuss with the offshore team before operation (pre-ops meeting).
• Trained and competent to manage well control situations.
• Maintain established HSE procedures and policies.
• Provide adequate feedback to ensure that completion know-how is shared within the company group, guaranteeing the follow-up of operations during completion and intervention, respecting company procedures, safety, and environment.
• Optimize procedures to reduce costs and delays.
• Execute quality assurance/quality control on equipment and procedures.
• Optimize operations to minimize operational delays while respecting high standards of safety and environmental levels.
• Provide technical support based on experiences.

Requirements:

• It is required that the Senior Subsea Supervisor has a Mechanical Diploma (Bachelor or University diploma or Higher Technical diploma).
• IWCF “Updated” -> E-Learning Certification is not accepted.
• Medical certificate (less than 1 year) by an official organism (i.e.: ISOS center).
• 15 years’ experience minimum in various domains and countries as Senior Subsea Supervisor on a floating support within subsea systems, particularly with subsea equipment like Xmas Tree, EDP/LRP. Intervention and QA/QC experiences are a plus.
