We are looking for a Product Owner to join our company.

The right candidate must be technically talented, hands-on, and have great interpersonal skills. If you like to work in a fast-paced environment, and full of challenges this is the place for you!

What you will be doing

1. Define and prioritize the product backlog according to the strategy and business objectives.
2. Gather and maintain traceability of stakeholder requirements, ensuring they are implemented according to the product roadmap.
3. Collaborate in creating business cases that support investment decisions.
4. Deeply understand the customer experience, identifying product improvement opportunities and generating ideas that drive growth.
5. Work closely with development and design teams to ensure product requirements are clear, validated, and deliverables meet expectations.
6. Monitor market trends and competitor behavior to adjust product priorities as needed.
7. Evaluate the performance of released features, analyzing their impact on conversion rates and suggesting improvements where necessary.
8. Assist in identifying improvement areas and new business opportunities within existing products.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Product Owner , Business Specialist, or in roles related to product development.
2. Solid understanding of product lifecycle management.
3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
4. Ability to develop and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, results-oriented mindset, and willingness to dive into details.
6. Education and/or solid experience in business analysis, and market strategy.
7. Practical knowledge of software development and web technologies (a plus).
8. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
9. Good written and spoken English.
