We're Hiring: CCaaS Expert

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you thrive in designing and optimizing Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions that make a real impact? If yes, we want to meet you!

We're looking for a CCaaS Expert to join our team. In this role, you'll take the lead in implementing, configuring, and enhancing CCaaS solutions from our partners. You'll work closely with clients, ensuring their contact center operations are seamless, efficient, and customer-centric.

What You’ll Do:

1. Provide technical expertise in CCaaS design, customization, and optimization.
2. Configure essential features like IVR, skills-based routing, real-time reporting, and omnichannel bots.
3. Integrate CCaaS platforms with systems like CRM and ERP for a unified experience.
4. Analyze KPIs like AHT, FCR, and SLA to drive operational excellence.
5. Deliver training and second-level support for clients.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Background in IT, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Proven experience with CCaaS platforms.
3. Strong skills in API integrations, scripting, and analytics tools.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
5. Bonus: Certifications in CCaaS solutions or experience in international projects.
