Schedule: Intermittent

Requirements: Ensino Fundamental / Basic professional training courses, experience in industrial kitchen.

Desirable (Plus for the candidate, does not prevent hiring): High school diploma / Manual of Good Practices course and technical course on health surveillance standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze the menu and prepare meals for employees, patients, and companions.
2. Prepare desserts.
3. Perform pre-preparation and preparation of properly identified and dated meats.
4. Supervise the activities of kitchen assistants, guiding them to complete tasks.
5. Check the daily menu as posted to prepare meals accordingly.
6. Prepare lunch and dinner, cooking, frying, and grilling dishes according to diet menus (regular, specific, and modified).
7. Prepare desserts as per the pre-established menu.
8. Ensure cleanliness of the cooking area, equipment, and utensils per sector POP.
9. Retrieve meat for pre-preparation for the next shift if necessary.
10. Assist in portioning meals and replenishing food as needed.
11. Perform tasks such as sorting beans and seasoning three times a week.
12. Fill out daily checklists of responsibilities after completing tasks.
13. Observe safety standards, environmental control, and relevant internal and legal regulations.
14. Participate and suggest improvements in quality tools, compliance checks, and risk management.
15. Execute other similar tasks as assigned by the manager.
