Brief Role Description

The role is responsible for leading the in-life Customer Operations functions to provide excellent customer service, brand alignment and compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal frameworks. The role owns all aspects of the delivery and development of the function in line with the company's business strategy.There is responsibility for developing customer service and for developing and executing the broader business strategy. A key objective is the consistent implementation of client strategies, policies and related procedures.The Director of Customer Operations exemplifies the value of the company and sets the standard for integrity by putting the customer at the center of everything we do, demonstrates ethical leadership in compliance and sets an example of consistency, fairness and transparency within the culture.
